Group Cycling/Spinning Small Group
An intense cardiovascular class. Ride to great music as you add/decrease resistance on the stationary bike to mimic terrain of mountain biking. Also, speed work to train for outdoor road riding!  Builds lower body strength, increases heart and lung function. Based on interval training. A great calorie burn! ALL fitness levels welcome! Instructor gives modifications for new riders. Some classes/small group trainings include core segment and boot camp strength exercises and yoga stretch.

Gentle Yoga/Deep Stretch 
A beginning/intermediate level yoga class. An emphasis on the breath and relaxation. Teaches proper form for poses. A great beginner class for those with little or no 

Yoga/Vinyasa Flow
A faster paced yoga class. Flowing more quickly from one pose to the next through Sun Salutations. A segment of holding poses for a bit longer to increase strength and focus on form.  Includes a relaxation/meditation to close the class.


90 minute Yoga/Vinyasa Flow
As described above, but with a longer deep stretch segment and extended relaxation period.

Yogalates 
A blend of yoga poses and pilates exercises. This class builds strength and long lean muscles through precise movement in Pilates and holding poses in Yoga. Also fine tunes the practice of relaxation.

Strength/Cardio Mix/Strength Circuit

A fast paced mix of cardio and strength combined, this class is based on interval and circuit training. Keeping the heart rate elevated throughout the class, while toning and strengthening muscles is the goal. Fast paced class! Time flies while having fun! 


PILATES
Pilates training is focused on form, breathing and development of core muscles.  With low-impact mind-body exercises, Pilates can be adapted for all levels of fitness and results in many positive benefits: longer/leaner muscles, enhances energy, improves posture, flexibility, strength, and concentration.   Pure Pilates - learn the Pilates method and find your mind-body connection (beginner/intermediate level).  Power Pilates - integrating music, variations of the exercises, weights and props in a fast-paced, energetic environment.  It is a great, challenging work-out 

 


CIRCUIT TRAINING 
Designed by using interval stations to maximize fat burning potential while building lean muscle; utilizing plyometrics, strength segments, balance, and core! No fancy names, just hard work!!

We are so pleased to be moving to the beautifully renovated Commons of Williamston room #34. 
We will be settled into our new space and starting classes there May 15! We are happy to add more yoga under our new name: Power & Grace Yoga and Personal Training. Check out the new schedule! Fall schedule will be posted by mid August
